Order Processing Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates We offer a flat rate of €20 for all orders shipping within the EU.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Western EU (DE, FR, NL, BE, AT, LU): 3–5 business days
- Nordic countries (SE, DK, FI, NO): 4–7 business days
- Southern EU (ES, PT, IT, GR, MT): 5–8 business days
- Eastern EU (PL, CZ, HU, RO, BG, HR, SK, SI): 4–7 business days
- Other European countries: 5–10 business days
Delivery is guaranteed within 30 days of order placement in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the EU only. We do not ship outside of the EU at this time.
